Soups
Ingredients for Tomato Soup Recipe:
- Tomato 3-4 medium( Chopped into small pieces)
- Onions 2 medium
- Ginger Small piece
- Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
- Garlic 3-4 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh basil leaves 3-4
- Water ½ litre.
Method:
Step 1: Heat oil in a Pan add chopped onions, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic and saute. After 5 mints add chopped tomatoes. Mix it well and add salt, black pepper powder and mix again.

Sweet Corn Soup:
Step 1: Heat oil in a Pan add chopped onions, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic and saute. After 5 mints add chopped tomatoes. Mix it well and add salt, black pepper powder and mix again.
Step 2: Add 3 cups water, close the pan with lid and cook for 10 mints. Open the lid and let it cool and transfer the mixture into a blender jar and grind like a smooth paste.
Step 3: Now pour the soup into the pan and stir well now add basil leaves Serve hot.*************************************************************
Sweet Corn Soup:
Ingredients for Sweet Corn Soup Recipe:
- Sweet corns 1/2 cup
- Vegetable stock 4 cups
- Oil 1 tablespoon
- Cabbage 1/4 small
- Carrot finely chopped 1/4 medium
- Pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Cornflour 3 tablespoons
- Spring onions
Method:
Step 1: Heat oil in a pan. Add grated cabbage, carrot in to the hot oil and sauté it for 1-2 minutes.
Step 2: Add sweet corn, spring onions and mix it well. Add 4 cups vegetable stock and mix and allow it to come to a boil.
Step 3: Mix pepper powder in 2 tbsps water and add to the soup along with salt and mix well.
Step 4: Mix corn flour in 2 tbsps water and add to the soup and cook till it thickens. Serve hot.

Chicken Soup:
Ingredients for Chicken Soup Recipe:
- Boneless chicken 125 grams (cut into small pieces)
- Fresh coriander leaves chopped 3 tablespoons
- Chicken stock 4 cups
- Salt to taste
- White pepper powder to taste
- Corn starch dissolved in ¼ cup water 2 tablespoons
- Egg whites whisked -1 Egg
Method:
Step 1: Cut the chicken breast into small pieces and cook in four cups of boiling chicken stock or water for five minutes.
Step 2: Add salt and white pepper powder. Boil for two minutes.
Step 3: Now add the corn flour. Stir continuously and bring the mixture to a boil again. Add the coriander leaves and mix well.
Step 4: Add the egg whites, gently stir and serve hot.
